Previously located in a cosy and vibrant cul-de-sac in Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong, you would find Blacksalt, - a humble, intimate and innovative restaurant with a homely touch.

Founded by Chef Taran Chadha and his wife Sheela, Blacksalt pays a loving homage to the rich flavours representative of the Chef's Indian heritage, shaken up with a modern twist of South Asian inspiration. Blacksalt served up a mouthwatering tizzy that honoured both Chef Taran's culture and traditional French chef training. The visual identity was built on the chef's motto; 
'Do you and the rest is BS'.
