Lee Lo Mei’s concept pays homage to the unique Hong Kong culture, serving up reinvented Hong Kong-style street food by combining innovative techniques with unmistakably nostalgic flavours.

The objective of the design was to capture the hustle and bustle that Hong Kong encapsulates from past to present. Neon lights, vibrant colours and playful illustrations all play a key role representing the memories of yesterday with a fun and vibrant twist.
