The Butchers Club was launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher’s shop and a private dining room. Started by a group of passionate chefs and butchers, the brand wanted an identity based on the concept of high quality dry-aged beef. The brand soon evolved into an international franchise after the launch of The Butchers Club Burger.
As the Lead Designer of the company, I was responsible for the brand & art direction, as well as overseeing restaurant & location fittings, all brand design & marketing collateral both print and digital, all whilst working closely with the team.
